THiLO

THiLO spent the first 20 years of his life in the children's corner of his parents' bookshop. He then travelled in Africa, Asia and Central America before successfully touring with friends as a cabaret trio. Today THILO lives in Mainz with his family and writes stories and scripts for TV programmes.

Heike Wiechmann grew up by the Baltic Sea. After studying education and illustration, she worked as a toy designer, traveling halfway around the world. Today, she writes and illustrates children's books and lives with her family in Lübeck.
