On the path to adventure
Taro and his horse Koki meet a real samurai! They follow him to the imperial palace. Maybe Taro can become a samurai too. At night, he observes burglars breaking into the palace. Can he stop them?
The Reading Lions (Year 2) turn children into reading professionals: popular topics and characters provide excitement and fun. Thanks to a balanced text-to-picture ratio and the large font, which was specially developed for beginning readers, children from the age of 7 can easily grasp the content. The syllable colouring helps to recognize individual words. Accompanying information and explanations also deepen general knowledge, and children can use the questions at the end of each chapter to check whether they have understood the text correctly.
- A story for first-time readers
- With syllable colouring
- Simple text structure, large font
- With questions about the text and exciting facts
