A science mystery set in Germany in 1908 around Lord Zeppelin and his invention, the airship. A lot is at stake for Zeppelin: he will receive millions from the government if he manages to steer his airship across Germany and back within 24 hours. But the children Eva and Heinrich discover that they have a traitor aboard planning to prevent the airship from landing anywhere. It becomes known as the first big tragedy of aviation: the airship goes up in flames. Still the traitor can be caught…

Annette Neubauer

Annette Neubauer hat jahrelang Kinder mit Lese- und Rechtschreibschwierigkeiten sowie Rechenschwäche in eigener Fachpraxis unterrichtet. Während dieser Zeit veröffentlichte sie Lernmaterialien und erste Kinderbücher. 2010 wagte sie den Sprung und lebt seither als freie Autorin in Köln. Ihre Bücher wurden in über 20 Sprachen übersetzt. Wenn sie nicht am Schreibtisch sitzt, ist sie auf Lesereise.

Joachim Krause

Joachim Krause was born in 1968 in Kempen and now lives in Jever with his wife and three children. He studied graphic design at the University of Applied Sciences in Münster and has been a freelance illustrator of games and children's books for various publishers since 1997.
