BENNY FINDS A FRIEND
It’s finished at last – the best kite in the world! Naturally, Benny Bearpaw and his friends Finchen the fox and Fips the squirrel want to try out the kite straight away. But – oh no! The wind is too strong, and it blows the kite away. The friends chase after it into the woods. There is no sign of the kite – but what’s that sorrowful little quacking noise from inside the bushes? A baby duckling has got lost and is looking for its mummy. Benny and his friends come to the rescue and help the little duckling find its family again.
A picture book about friends sticking together.
• Benny, Finchen and Fips demonstrate helpfulness
• Again lovingly illustrated by Tim Warnes
• Powerful themes: family, getting lost and friendship
