
Dagmar Geisler
Dagmar Geisler, was born in 1958 in Siegen, studied drawing in Wiesbaden and now lives in Franconian Switzerland. She has been writing and illustrating for children and the young for over 25 years. Her educational picture books address recent and sensitive issues, providing useful preventive measures with excitement and humour from an educational perspective. With her books, she accompanies children in their social-emotional development and encourages talking together about feelings, difficult situations and body awareness.

Alexandra Ndolo
Alexandra Ndolo wurde als Tochter einer polnischen Mutter und eines kenianischen Vaters in Deutschland geboren. Mit vier Jahren begann sie mit Leichtathletik und entdeckte ihre Liebe zum Sport. Seit 2014 war sie als erste Schwarze Frau Teil des A-Kaders der Deutschen Damendegen-Nationalmannschaft und ficht inzwischen für Kenia. Sie ist Olympionikin, Vizeweltmeisterin und mehrfache EM-Medaillengewinnerin. 2022 wurde sie Lesebotschafterin der Stiftung Lesen.

Nikolai Renger was born in Karlsruhe and studied Visual Communication at the HFG in Pforzheim. He works as a freelance illustrator for various publishers and agencies and has been part of Atelier Remise in Karlsruhe since 2013. He has always found animals hilarious!
