Little mermaid, big heart.

It‘s summer holidays and Marisa Mermaid is enjoying the days off with her human friend Ella and the two ponies Azora and Luna. But one evening a bad storm comes up, bringing great danger with it: Fire jellyfish are washed into Moon Bay! The underwater infirmary fills up and Ella‘s pony Luna also injures herself on a jellyfish during a beach ride. Of course Marisa and Ella help the sick pony. They go in search of marigolds, which are supposed to help against the jellyfish poison. Can they find the special flowers and heal Luna?

Anja Wagner

Anja Wagner, geboren 1971 im Münsterland, ist gelernte Sozialpädagogin. Schon von früher Kindheit an war sie ein “Bücherwurm” und dachte sich selbst Geschichten aus. Im Alter von 10 Jahren nahm sie an ihrem ersten Schreibwettbewerb teil. Seit 2009 veröffentlicht sie Kinder- und Jugendbücher, die mit verschiedenen Literaturpreisen ausgezeichnet wurden.

Naeko Ishida

Naeko Walter (früheres Pseudonym Naeko Ishida) wurde in Japan geboren, kam mit drei Jahren nach Deutschland und studierte später an der Fachhochschule Münster Illustration. Sie arbeitet als freischaffende Illustratorin im Kinder-, Jugend- und Schulbuchbereich.
