Josy is looking forward to her vacations with Grandpa Hannes on the Horse Island Juist. Alas, her annoying sister Kim is supposed to come with them, too. Josy nevertheless decides to make the best of this vacation: at least she is not only going to see her favourite horse Mr. Smith again, but also Manuel - on whom she secretly has a crush. But then a bad surprise awaits her on the island - Mr. Smith is going to be sold! Only winning the lottery can save him now - and with Josy's help, Grandpa Hannes does indeed have the six right numbers. But then the lottery receipt disappears, and Manuel seems to be the one who stole it. Josy and Manuel get into a fight before she finds out who the real culprit is.
