What happens in Volume 2:
Finally seeing the sun again! Steven and Piet are so close to getting home, but instead of breathing fresh air on the surface, the two bug hunters Mega and Mamba chase them through the forbidden zone. They are among the best hunters in the LIGA! Also, the fact that Level 02 is even more dangerous, monstrous and slimier than Level 01 does not make it any easier. Yes, Steven and Piet have little to no idea about bug hunting and they’re not particularly fit, but they do have friends, even if Smiley, the grumpy watering droid, would never admit it. With their help, they can achieve the impossible. But what does it help if you have defeated the worst bug fighters – and in the end almost die of thirst? Fortunately, in the middle of the wilderness, the two find a soda machine. Soda, they both agree, is the best drink in the galaxy. Everything’s going to be okay! Only the tame bug Melvin seems to have a different opinion. The two friends begin to suspect that there is an incredible secret lurking behind Soda. A secret that will change the LIGA and the forbidden zone forever. . .
