In his own head 12-years-old Hugo is a genius. Full of confidence he sets out to enlighten the world with his clever insights and to impress the onlookers - especially his classmate Viola - with his athletic performances. Stumbling from one pitfall into the next this self-appointed super hero is one tough cookie. Neither the constant bullying by his elder sister nor the constant neglect by the girls from school who are simply taller (Hugo secretly calls them giraffes) get him down. However difficult it gets, Hugo is never going to give up!
