Julia Ginsbach
was born in 1967 in Darmstadt. She studied Musicology, Arts and German and got a degree from the Institute for Children's and Teenagers' Books Research in Frankfurt on the Main. Today, she lives in a small Swabian town with her husband, her four children and loads of colours, brushes, paper, books and music and enjoys illustrating children's books.
